These terms apply to your use of cleanandnative.com.au (“the site”). The site is
operated by Jayce Love-Attard (ABN 92 967 641 003) (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If
you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. General information only

Everything on this site is general information about water, indoor air and
electromagnetic fields in Australian homes. It is not medical, health, engineering,
plumbing, electrical or legal advice and does not take your circumstances into
account. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything that affects your
health, your home’s plumbing or wiring, or a purchase you can’t easily reverse.
Permanent plumbing connections in Australia must be done by a licensed plumber using
WaterMark-certified products.

2. How our content is made

Some content on this site is researched, drafted or illustrated with the help of
artificial intelligence tools. Many images are AI-generated illustrations, not
photographs of products in our home. First-hand measurements are only made on
products we own and are labelled where they appear. Our
AI & Editorial Policy explains this in full.

3. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a

4. Accuracy, prices and availability

We try to keep information accurate and current, but products, specifications,
certifications, prices and water supply arrangements change. Always confirm the
details with the seller or manufacturer, and with your water authority, before you
buy. Prices shown are indicative and are set by the retailer, not by us.

5. Purchases are with the retailer

We don’t sell products. Any purchase you make through a link is a contract between
you and that retailer, on their terms. Questions about delivery, warranty, returns or
faults go to the retailer or manufacturer.

6. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any
guarantee, that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that
cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising
from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any linked site. Where our liability
can’t be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant
information again.

8. Third-party sites

We link to retailers, manufacturers, regulators and research. We don’t control
those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

9. Intellectual property

Text, measurements, images and design on this site belong to us or our licensors.
You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Don’t republish
articles, images or data in full without written permission.

If you join our email list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every
